Is it safe to use my credit card on www.vuesurmer.com?
You can pay safely on our website. We use verified Mollie and PayPal certificates to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. “www.vuesurmer.com” will charge the full amount due at the time of payment.

Do you ship internationally?
We deliver throughout Europe and Switzerland and rely on bpost for all our domestic and international deliveries. International shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination (Belgium: 10€ / other: 15€). Custom fees are included in the shipping costs applied on our website.

If you are unable to have our cashmeres delivered to your home, please don’t hesitate to contact us at: hello@vuesurmer.com. We will help you and try to find a solution for you. 

How do I know when my order will be delivered?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 
Didn’t receive anything? Please check your spam folder.

How do I know the status of my order?
Orders are dispatched within 10 working days, while stocks last and subject to external factors.You can check the status of your order on bpost’s website using your tracking number. 

Do you have express deliveries?
Unfortunately, we don’t.

What mean of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Bancontact and MasterCard & Amex credit cards. 

Can I return or exchange my product?
Returns are accepted. If you are not satisfied by any of the items you have purchased, you have 30 working days from the day after delivery to retract your order, without penalty and without any justification.

We will refund the total amount within 7 working days of receipt of the returned package to the same card used for payment.

Exchanges on our website are not allowed. You will have to place a new order. The item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged) and with its original label.

What if my item has a default?
If an item has a default, don’t hesitate to contact us as soon as possible at hello@vuesurmer.com. We will help you and find the best solution. However, please note that only production-related defects will be accepted.

Who pays for the return ?
Returns are free at VUE SUR MER!
